By: KDKA-TV News Staff OHIOPYLE (KDKA) — Search and rescue crews have found a woman who was missing in Ohiopyle State Park.
Fayette County dispatchers tell KDKA that the 76-year old woman was found safe just before 9 a.m.
near Cucumber Falls.

She was found on the shoreline of the Yough by a search crew in a boat

Chief Park Ranger John Kaminsky says the woman got fatigued on a hike with her daughter in the Fern Cliff area and turned back alone.
She told rescuers she slipped down a steep embankment and couldn’t get back up.
Crews searched through the night and found her around 8:30 a.m.
Monday morning.
She declined an ambulance ride to the hospital and left the park with her daughter.
