That’s why we offer four tiers of support, giving you the choice to be able to pick the right level to meet your exact business needs.
Our standard management package is the best option for any companies who have their own in house IT professionals but may need our team to give them a little more assistance as and when this is needed.
With this option you receive many benefits, including but not limited to.

24/7 on-site UK based support via phone or ticket

a 90 minute response time SLA on your tickets, free reboots and annual security scans.
The next option is our silver support package, which is for organisations with similar needs as standard support, which includes security patching and managed FTP backup.                  We then have our Gold Support package, which is for companies who may not necessarily employ a specialists, or simply do not have the in house resources or time to dedicate to server management.
This level provides ongoing technical support, including managed security patching, a fully managed image backup, a test restore per quarter, an enhanced 45 minute response time, quarterly security scans and pro-active server monitoring.

The highest level of server management offered by us here at CWCS is Platinum support

This is ideal for any customer who has very limited technical knowledge, or would prefer to just hand over the reins of server management to us.
Platinum includes, amongst other things, managed security patching, 350GB image backup space (additional space can be added if required), one test restore per month, an enhanced, rapid 15 minute response time, 120 minutes of system administration assistance time every month, operating system and control panel security investigation, monthly security scans, and proactive server monitoring as described previously.
As well as all that, when you are a platinum customer you will also receive a dedicated Technical Account Manager, who will be a highly experienced, senior member of our team, who manages the technical aspects of your infrastructure personally, and who will be knowledgeable and confident in your business needs and personalised server set up.
